Terms of Service

1. Scope
These terms govern your use of Sahipaper. By placing an order or signing in, you agree to them. They apply on top of any service-specific quote we share with you over WhatsApp or email.
2. What we provide
Sahipaper is a paid services platform. We do not issue licenses, certificates, or registrations ourselves — those are issued by the relevant government department after we file your application on your behalf. Our fee covers preparation, filing, follow-up, and digital delivery of the final certificate.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and authentic documents. False information renders the application liable to rejection by the department and is your responsibility.
- Respond to clarifications from your Relationship Manager within reasonable time. We cannot proceed with a filing while we’re waiting on you.
- Pay the government fee through us, or directly to the department where the service page indicates “govt fee paid separately”.
4. Pricing
Service fees are listed on each service page and are inclusive of our work. Government fees, where applicable, are shown separately and pass through untaxed. GST applies to our service fee only. Coupon discounts apply only to the service fee, not to government fees.
5. Timelines
The turnaround on each service page reflects typical experience. Actual time depends on department response and is outside our control. We’ll keep you posted on WhatsApp as the filing progresses.
6. Payment processing
All payments are processed through Razorpay. Your card / UPI / bank credentials are handled by Razorpay and never touch our servers. See Razorpay’s privacy policy.
7. Refunds
Refund eligibility is covered in our Refund Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
TODO: lawyer-reviewed limitation clause. At a minimum, total liability capped at the fees paid for the affected order; no consequential / indirect damages.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
