Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Sahipaper Compliance Solutions (legal name TODO) operates this platform from Mumbai, India. We help small businesses register and file compliance with central and state government departments.

2. Information we collect

  • Contact details — name, mobile number (verified via OTP), optional email, city, business type.
  • Filing information — business name, address, PAN, Aadhaar, GSTIN, partner / director details, and any supporting documents you upload for a specific service.
  • Payment metadata — Razorpay payment id, order id, amount, method, and verification signature. We do not store card numbers, UPI handles, or any other instrument data; that stays with Razorpay.
  • Operational telemetry — request logs, error events, and analytics counters needed to keep the service running.

3. How we use it

We use your information solely to (a) file the registration you ordered, (b) coordinate document collection and certificate delivery, (c) process payment, (d) notify you of order status on WhatsApp / email, and (e) meet our own regulatory obligations. We do not sell your data, ever.

4. Where it lives

Customer data is stored in Supabase Postgres hosted in the TODO_REGION region. Documents are stored encrypted at rest in Supabase Storage with private-bucket access; only your assigned RM and the chartered accountant working on your filing have access. Razorpay-side payment data lives with Razorpay subject to their privacy policy.

5. Retention

We retain customer records for TODO_RETENTION_YEARS years from the date of delivery to meet our obligations under the Income Tax Act, the Companies Act, and Razorpay merchant agreements. Documents in your vault are retained while your account is active; on closure they are archived for TODO_ARCHIVE_MONTHS months and then deleted.

6. Your rights

You can request a copy of all information we hold on you, request correction of inaccuracies, or request deletion at any time by writing to support@sahipaper.com. We respond within 30 days as required by the DPDP Act 2023.

7. Grievance officer

TODO_GRIEVANCE_OFFICER_NAME is our designated grievance officer under IT Rules 2011 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020. Reach them at support@sahipaper.com. Acknowledgement within 48 hours; resolution within 30 days.

8. Changes

We’ll update this page when material changes happen and notify active customers via WhatsApp. The “Last reviewed” date at the top is always current.
